General Rates*: 
High  Season & Holidays - May 1 thru October 31 (including holidays and special events)

                         Standard Rate:  $165 - $205
                         Discount Rate:  $145 - $185
                       
Winter Season - November 1 thru April 30  (excluding holidays and special events)
                         Standard Rate:  $155 - $185
                         Discount Rate:  $125 - $165 

As a courtesy to our guests - we generally apply our AAA Rates to reservations whenever possible. 
Specials must be mentioned by name in the notes of the reservation request, can not be combined and can not be applied later. 
We will give guests a complimentary upgrade whenever possible.  Please mention in your notes if you do not wish to be upgraded for any reason or have a special need we should be aware of  which would be important ie: walk in shower, twin beds, handicap access etc.
*Based on double occupancy. Additional guests are $20 per person, per night and may be accommodated in Cactus, Bronco and Hacienda Grande.
Rates do not include taxes that apply to all Santa Fe lodging: NM Sales  Tax 8.25% and SF Lodgers 7%
